Fridays 10:45 pm–Midnight (Oct–Mar) at Callingwood Twin Arenas. Friendly pace, full gear, balanced nights. We run the season in BenchApp for sign-up, waivers, fees, reminders, and player check-ins.

Who It's For
Most of our players are active in the CCRHL (recreational divisions 15-27).
We are co-ed friendly and welcome all players, 15+ (with parental consent).
If you have played a couple of seasons and want extra reps without heavy contact or competitiveness, this is your crew.

Roster players get priority check-ins, spares are subject to availability. We manage payments, waivers, check-ins, spare/waitlist directly in BenchApp.
How Joining Works
1. Install BenchApp
2. Click "I'm Interested" and we'll send you the join link/code
3. Use our invite link/code to join our team
4. Create your player profile and enable notifications
5. Send Payment to secure roster spot (optional)
6. Tap Going/Not Going for each Friday so we keep nights balanced
7. Complete the waiver and fees in-app when prompted

Got questions? Here are answers to common queries before coming to skate with us.
1. Do I have to use BenchApp?
Yes, we prefer it—it’s how we cap at 20 skaters, plan 2 goalies, and keep reminders & chat in one place. Having said that, if we have room, we may allow drop-in's that pay before they step on the ice.
2. How do spares work?
Join in BenchApp and mark availability. If we’re full, add yourself to the Waitlist—you’ll be notified if a spot opens.
3. Is this for beginners?
It’s friendly shinny, but not a learn-to-play clinic. If you've been to the ODR, or have a few seasons under your belt, you’ll fit in.
4. Can I play with my teen?
Teens 14–15+ with guardian consent are welcome.
